Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a BCBA, you will work with clients in our Warner Robins clinic, supporting a minimum of 2 clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
  • Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
  • Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required
