Job Summary:

 As the Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance and repairs of company equipment. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades 

 

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.49 / hour
  • Outlet: Grand Lodge Maintenance Department
  • Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time
  • Skill Level: Intermediate

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired 

  • Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner 

  • Prioritize work based on the needs of the team, guests, and the business 

  • Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities 

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills 

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 

  • Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team. 

  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset 

  • Suits a self-motivated person who enjoys a sense of accomplishment 

 

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
