Position Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance team plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional arrival experience at the base area. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills and gain insights into various aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Outlet: Snow Removal Crew
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.04 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time
  • Skill Level: Entry
  • Other Specifics: Assist with janitorial tasks in all base area facilities, including restroom cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, landscaping, and clearing the base area of weather-related debris.
  • Provide support to other resort operations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor seasonal conditions.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of standing and performing physical tasks consistently.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

The anticipated pay range is $22.04. This range reflects the expected compensation for this position, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
