We are seeking a sales manager who will help grow our customer base in the greater Southern New Jersey and Delaware areas.. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a sales background in heavy equipment, truck, or material handling, and has an outgoing personality and exceptional sales and organizational skills.  Previous experience in industrial equipment or truck sales is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, manage, and grow sales within your territory for parts, service and rentals.
  • Develop and execute market strategy.
  • Attain and maintain desired market position within an assigned territory.
  • Must be able to effectively identify, communicate and work through customer problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Call on current as well as potential customers.
  • Provide reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Should have 3-5 years of sales experience working in the industrial truck or material handling field.
  • Results-driven and excellent communication and follow-up skills a must.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing deadlines and priorities
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and come in organized and ready to go.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with clients, employees, and industry professionals.
  • Able to self-manage expectations and work independently.
