Job Overview: As a Personal Trainer at [The Global Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a sophisticated clientele and help them achieve their fitness goals in an upscale setting. You will provide one-on-one training sessions, design customized workout plans, and offer expert guidance to ensure guests' success in their fitness journeys. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Individualized Training: Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations to understand guests' goals, limitations, and preferences. Create tailored exercise and nutrition plans to address their specific needs. 

  1. Personalized Sessions: Deliver high-quality personal training sessions that motivate and inspire clients while ensuring proper exercise form, technique, and safety. 

  1. Progress Monitoring: Continuously track and assess clients' progress, adjust training programs accordingly, and provide ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve their fitness objectives. 

  1. Customer Service: Build strong client relationships through excellent communication, exceptional service, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. 

  1. Education: Stay current with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry best practices to offer clients the most effective and up-to-date training methods. 

  1. Equipment Management: Maintain fitness equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. 

  1. Sales and Marketing: Promote personal training services and packages, assist with client onboarding, and contribute to marketing efforts to increase personal training clientele. 


Qualifications: 

  • Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent). 

  • Previous experience as a personal trainer in a luxury fitness center or similar upscale environment is highly preferred. 

  • Exceptional knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients. 

  • CPR and First Aid certification. 

  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 

  • A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
