As a Manufacturing Foreman, you will oversee the production process within our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your expertise in drywall, cladding, framing, waterproofing, insulating, and glazing will be essential in supervising and guiding the production team to achieve operational excellence.

  • Lead, supervise, and train production staff to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation of drywall, cladding, framing, waterproofing, insulation, and glazing components.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and address any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a manufacturing environment with a focus on construction-related processes such as drywall, cladding, framing, waterproofing, insulation, and glazing.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
