Join a global tire company renowned for producing a wide variety of tire types in Mexico and catering to both local and international markets. We're currently seeking four dynamic individuals to fill the role of Passenger Tire Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the President & CEO for the Americas Continent, the ideal candidate should have a background in the tire industry with a proven sales ability. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts while maintaining relationships and communication with existing key accounts. These roles will be based in different regions across the USA, including East, West, Midwest, and South, with a focus on promoting sales in clusters of states.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual budget/plan objectives set by the company president.
  • Identify and understand customers' needs, providing tailored solutions to drive success.
  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to maintain and grow existing customer base.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through personal visits and effective communication.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide timely and relevant competitive information to management.
  • Maintain a professional image and attend industry events to gather market intelligence.
  • Build enduring customer relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Present sales forecasts and revenue projections to the management team.
  • Adapt pricing strategies based on market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize sales potential.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 6 years in the tire industry (PCR & TBR sales experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business relationships and close sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and client service orientation.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on results.
  • Effective communicator and influencer across all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of driving the sales process from planning to closure.
  • Strong business acumen and tire industry expertise.

  • Estimated compensation: about $100,000 per year plus commissions (performance bonus)
