The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Food Production Clerk. This is a Full-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility. If you are passionate about insects and interested in contributing to the production process of our high-quality products, then we want to hear from you.

Food Production Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily production of insect products
  • Caretaking of insects
  • Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Quality control
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Adhere to policies and procedures

Food Production Clerk Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Ability to work in a dusty, hot, humid environment
  • Ability to count to 100 and simple math
  • Must speak and read English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Food Production Clerk Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs**
