What will you be doing?

As a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner, you will lead HR functions including employee relations, enforcing company policies, and resolving disputes in the workplace. As an HR Manager you will encourage everyone to work together to create an inclusive workplace culture, improving employee job satisfaction and the business’ reputation as a top place to work. Responsibilities include:

• Providing HR support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
• Executing routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations.
• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices.
• Attending unemployment hearings via phone to represent the organization while providing evidence to support claims.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • 5 years of HR management preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn ADP Workforce Now HRIS
