The Role

As an Implementation - Claims Data Analyst on our Implementation/Go-To-Market team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Rialtic understands, reports on, and acts upon our client results, requests, and feedback. This position is at the intersection of data analytics and implementation, focusing on healthcare claims data to drive revenue opportunities and improve client outcomes.

You will be instrumental in identifying and satisfying data needs, ensuring data quality and integrity, and creating impactful, easy-to-use reporting. Your analysis will uncover valuable insights from healthcare claims data, helping to drive strategic decisions and enhance client value.

Collaborating closely with operational and technical stakeholders, as well as key business partners, you'll focus on streamlining reporting workflows, managing large datasets, and completing crucial support tasks. Your work will directly contribute to the Go To Market team's objective of delivering consolidated, enhanced reports and efficient operational processes that provide tangible value to our clients.

As we approach our four-year milestone, this new role offers an exciting opportunity to learn from industry veterans, rapidly expand your skill set, and grow alongside our expanding company. You'll work cross-functionally with the Sr Manager of Client Analytics, gaining exposure to experienced data engineers and deepening your understanding of SQL, Python, healthcare EDI, and FHIR standards. Your contributions will be vital in shaping our data analytics capabilities and driving our startup's growth trajectory.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct revenue opportunity analysis based on client adjustments and policy implementations
  • Map client data to internal data standards to support client onboarding
  • Analyze and report on client policy insight rates and their revenue impact
  • Create reports demonstrating untapped value for clients
  • Provide analytics on ingested data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with Data Engineers to prepare and clean data for analysis and modeling
  • Forecast GAAP revenue and potential live client run revenue
  • Use statistical methods to uncover insights from data
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods
  • Proficiency in AWS services (Athena, S3, QuickSight) and SQL
  • Experience with Google Workspace and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare data and management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business) or equivalent work experience

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis
  • Experience with healthcare data standards like EDI and FHIR
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Experience with predictive modeling
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy
