At Coach Light Insurance Agency, we are seeking a career-minded and driven individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to prospective customers. This position is ideal for someone who has years of experience or is looking to start a career in insurance sales and is willing to learn and grow with us. No insurance experience? No problem

We are seeking a driven individual with a positive attitude to join our team. As an insurance sales manager, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance sales. You will be responsible for closing new business leads. No prospecting The base salary for the entry-level position is $40,000 per year. With added commission, you may make up to $????? In the 1st year.

We are seeking an individual experienced in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will know about insurance sales and have a property and casualty license. You will be responsible for managing and growing your book of business from new lead opportunities provided. No prospecting The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year. With added commission and bonuses, you may make up to $120,000.

Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Focus on new insurance business and prospect the leads generated by lead sources.
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
  • Guide current staff on handling client coverages and communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License Required. Property and Casualty Licensing Fee Paid 100% by Employer.
  • 1+ years of sales experience (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, or luxury retail sales). Insurance experience is a plus
  • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
