The Fleet Coordinator reports to the Fleet Manager and works collaboratively with other CCA employees in leading the Company toward its long-term vision of being the premier heating and air conditioning services provider. The Fleet Coordinator assists in the administration and coordination of CCA’s fleet of motor vehicles. This position is a non-exempt position, and is expected to act as ambassador for the CCA brand.
Essential Job Functions: •Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations-License plate tags and DMV forms•Files paperwork in support of compliance as needed•Schedules repairs and maintenance ensuring that the necessary number of vehicles are available •Data processing into computer software•Prepare and sorts parts and request for parts•Maintain accurate files and back up keys•Assist on all other duties assigned by Fleet Manager
Requirements:•Minimum of a High School diploma•Excellent Communication Skills•Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular
