  • A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1s members, by:
    • Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service
    • Starting and finishing training sessions on time
    • Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program
    • Building and maintaining relationships with D1 clients
    • Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe

Qualifications
  • Is CPT certified or willing to become upon hire
  • Has valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of intro to fitness group training related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
  • Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred)
