Plastic Molding Technology leverages its three strategic locations to provide engineering expertise and full-service solutions within our core capabilities of injection molding, thermoforming and extrusion. With in-house engineering expertise and automated technologies for superior quality, PMT is a flexible and accessible partner when you can’t afford any errors.

What you’ll do:

  • Prevents contamination of materials; cleans material dryers and hoses, as required insures proper labels on material barrels and hoppers.
  • Maintains proper dryer temperature settings according to engineering set-up guide; records on sheets daily.
  • Maintains overall cleanliness of shop area.
  • Completes "material issued" sheet and scanner as supplies are used.
  • Maintains material issuance accuracy, and participates in physical inventory.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss safety, work, products, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Creates work order for faulty or damaged equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Forklift and Material Handling experience, preferred
  • Ability to speak, read & write in English
  • Ability to follow direction and finish assignments
  • Basic computer skills
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; talk; listen; may be required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
