Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Coordinating Travel Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating travel arrangements for clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all travel plans are executed smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and support to travelers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Coordination:** Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, ensuring all requirements are met.
- **Travel Planning:** Research, plan, and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- **Itinerary Management:** Create and manage detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all components are accurately scheduled and confirmed.
- **Vendor Relations:** Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during trips, providing support and solutions promptly.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, expenses, and client communications.
- **Budget Management:** Monitor and manage travel budgets, ensuring cost-effective travel solutions without compromising quality.
- **Travel Policies:** Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Market Research:** Stay informed about travel industry trends, destinations, and emerging travel services to offer informed recommendations to clients.

- **18 years or older **
- **Skills:** 
  - Strong organizational and time management skills
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  - Proficiency in travel booking software and systems
  - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
  - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- **Knowledge:** Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
- **Attributes:** Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for travel and providing exceptional service.

**Working Conditions:**

- This is a part time to  full-time position with occasional after-hours support required to address urgent travel issues.
- The role may involve occasional travel to attend industry events, trade shows, or site
