THE ROLE

Every day as a Roofing and Insurance Sales Representative at Gill Construction Solutions LLC begins with reviewing leads and setting appointments. You'll meet homeowners, assess their roofing needs, provide detailed estimates, and expertly guide them through the insurance claims process. Your goal? To secure contracts and ensure every customer feels confident in their decision to choose us. Your sales experience and excellent customer service skills shine with each sale you close

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate we're looking for will be a:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and closing deals persuasively
  • Resourceful problem solver adept at finding creative solutions to challenges

With a:

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

We would also prefer:

  • 2+ years in roofing sales

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time, commission-only role allows you the flexibility to manage your schedule independently. Based in Temple, TX, you'll serve homeowners in and around the area, making it convenient to build lasting relationships in your community.
