TITLE: Recruiter - Contract Position

LOCATION: Auburn Hills, MI,

  • Multiple positions
  • 4 – 6 months contract with opportunity to become full time

SUMMARY: The Contract Recruiter(s) will be part of a small but mighty Talent Acquisition (TA) team and play crucial roles in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates. The ideal candidates will have experience in sourcing and recruiting sales representative candidates, hourly employees and/or salaried roles in the Construction or Dewatering/Industrial Pump industries. Contract Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for sales, hourly and salaried positions
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and trends including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals to identify and hire talent
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Be a talent advisor addressing challenges creatively and efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of TA and/or Sourcing experience
  • Hourly recruiting experience
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Keen eye for talent in sales, hourly and salaried positions
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably ADP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
