This full-time, in the field adventure awaits you in Spokane, WA
What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
Ability to operate construction tools and machinery.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Knowledge of construction safety procedures and best practices.
Strong desire to learn quickly.
Strong teamwork skills.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
Your Mission:
Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing temporary structures and tools.
Operate a variety of hand tools and construction equipment.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
Responding to spills, 24 hours a day.
Works in environments that are hazardous ie may contain dust, fumes, wet/dry chemicals, confined space, or uncontrolled sites.
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report any unsafe practices or conditions to the site supervisor.
Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
Perform daily site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Role Essentials:
Location: Spokane, WA and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday with weekend availability
License: Valid driver’s license (required)
Travel: Some of the positions require travel and overnight stays.
Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
