Our services encompass vocational counseling, training, vocational evaluation, and direct employment services.

Position Overview:

The Regional Lead Employment Specialist plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of reintegration services for Veterans at risk of homelessness. The position requires a dedicated individual who can manage multiple offices within a region, ensuring they adhere to both company and Department of Labor (DOL) veteran policies, and meet grant objectives. This role involves direct supervision of Lead Employment Specialists, ensuring the efficacy and uniformity of services across the region.

Ensuring Compliance:

  • Oversee multiple offices to ensure they adhere to both company policies and Department of Labor (DOL) veteran policies.
  • Ensure offices are effectively managing cases in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Directly report any discrepancies between company policies and DOL policies to the Regional Lead of Operations.

  • Make recommendations for adjustments to company policies, when necessary, to ensure alignment with DOL policies.

  • Develop and revise company policies and procedures, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned with company values as well as DOL veteran policies.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate all regional staff on company and DOL veteran policies, ensuring a thorough understanding and compliance.
  • Manage personnel within the region, including overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations, aiming to maintain a low level of company turnover.
  • Review and approve purchase requests from Lead ES to ensure necessary items are procured efficiently to support operational needs and maintain office functionality.
  • Approve time off and manage schedules for Lead ES, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management within the region.
