Hansel Subaru in Santa Rosa, the #1 volume Subaru store in the North Bay, is looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Brand Ambassador. Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required- we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  2. Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
  3. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, to after sales support
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay Defined: The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.45, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
