This position is part-time. Schedule to include availability from 1:30p-6p, weekdays.

Our Assistant Site Directors provide program development & implementation, collaborating with the Director as needed. They maintain supervision of children while working as a member of the child care team, directing staff through mentoring and skill development.

Successful candidates for this position possess the following skills-

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Supportive of diversity and inclusion in all interactions.
  • Critical thinking & decision making.
  • Emotional maturity.

Minimum Qualifications-

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Must have at least 6 months’ experience working with children in a classroom and camp setting.
  • Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI, which includes sex offender screening.
  • Must have weekday availability, 1:30p-6p.

Preferred Qualifications-

  • A minimum of 12 college units in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Physical Education, or any courses within the Social Science fields.
