Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
  • Create, edit, and distribute content such as newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate and manage public relations activities and media relations efforts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Handle crisis communication and manage the company's reputation in challenging situations.
  • Organize and support events, conferences, and promotional activities to enhance the company's visibility.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms regularly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications or public relations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with communication tools and software, including social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
