Position: Junior Communications Associate

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $1,200 - $1,450 per week

Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Communications Associate to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within our company and contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Junior Communications Associate, you will support our communications strategies and help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications materials.
  2. Support the development and execution of communication campaigns.
  3. Draft, edit, and proofread content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  4. Monitor media coverage and compile reports on communication activities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
