Join our team at Ben Smith's Allendale Farmers Insurance Agency, a thriving insurance agency committed to excellence and driven by a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a trainee in our Agency Accelerator Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.


In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.

Responsibilities

Maintain organized records.

Utilize CRM for tracking.

Acquire and close sales leads.

  • Manage policies and provide ongoing support.
  • Assess risks and determine coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Set and achieve sales goals.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales or client-facing background preferred.
  • Insurance experience beneficial but not required.
  • Must exhibit trustworthiness, reliability, and ethics.
  • Coachable mindset essential.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills needed.
  • Strong interpersonal communication crucial.
  • Motivation and determination are vital.
