Well, you're in luck Shearer Heating, A/C & Refrigeration Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Commercial and Residential HVAC Installation Technician to expertly install HVACR equipment in the Washington, PA area. We pay our Commercial and Residential HVAC Installation Technicians a competitive wage of $20-$30 per hour. Additionally, our HVAC installers typically work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

In addition to competitive pay and our ambitious, team-oriented culture, we offer the following benefits:

REQUIREMENTS FOR A COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

  • 3+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
  • EPA Section 608 license with universal refrigerant coverage
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable form of transportation to the office
