Our Residential and Commercial HVACR - HVAC Installers typically work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. This heating and cooling position comes with a competitive wage of $20-$30 per hour. We provide incredible benefits and perks, including health Insurance (100% employer paid for a single employee or 80% for a family), 100% copay reimbursement, short-term disability, vision, dental, life, a 401(k) with a 4% match (after 1 year of employment), and paid time off (PTO). Additionally, our employees enjoy 6 paid holidays per year, 3 personal days per year, and company-paid continuing education opportunities.
We also offer our Residential and Commercial HVACR - HVAC Installers an excellent spiff program, the use of a company vehicle for on-call work, and a tool and boot allowance (up to $300 per year). QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL HVACR - HVAC INSTALLER
- 3+ years of installation experience
- EPA Section 608 license with universal refrigerant coverage
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable form of transportation to the office
