We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations at our Williamsville, IL office. In many cases, you will be the first person our customers interact with. This is a crucial part of our business. We are looking for a candidate who understands the importance of excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure all while maintaining a positive mental attitude and upbeat demeanor. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.


Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Answering & transferring incoming phone calls
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Accurately answering customer questions by utilizing our CRM system
  • Ability to process payments
  • Solving customer issues by recommending the proper service/product
  • Perform standard receptionist duties
  • Cooperate to complete tasks as part of team spanning multiple regional offices
