As the Property Manager for Georgetown Estates in Battle Creek, MI, you will have the opportunity to positively impact your local community by collaborating with our Support Center and investors to create an exceptional experience for our residents. You will be responsible for understanding the wants and needs of our current and future residents by creating an attractive curb appeal, developing a strong reputable presence in the city of Walker, and cultivating a fun and friendly atmosphere while being very active in all facets of the day-to-day operations at Georgetown Estates.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with our Support Center to execute on sales, marketing, and processes that drive operational key results with an eye towards innovative solutions that lead toward significant efficiency improvements.
  • Leading by example and exhibiting values and behaviors consistent with the Awesome culture at Eenhoorn
  • Acting strategically as the “CEO” of your community, while tactically executing via a hands-on approach onsite at our properties
  • Helping your team attain high levels of performance by setting goals, providing best practice solutions, and guiding their development.
  • Operate as a liaison between investors and our Support Center team

What you bring to the table:

  • Innovation: You have a track record of not only optimizing your property performance, but also creating innovative ideas to attract and retain qualified residents to move your property forward
  • Execution: You drive quality results with speed. You are focused on outcomes, not activities
  • Servant Leadership: You balance your drive for execution with a strong desire to serve others by actively listening to their needs, removing barriers to their success, and acting quickly

Must have's:

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 years of proven experience in the on-site management of multi-family real estate
  • Strong background in marketing and sales
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws in the district of the portfolio
