Compensation:$132,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing
- Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
- Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy
- Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
- Be willing to make a minimum of 25 phone contacts per day
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Must have a NY real estate license
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is a plus
- Willingness to learn and be coachable
- Prompt responsiveness
