They are looking for a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead the operations of their fast-casual dining establishment that features a wood-burning oven and catering services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability in a fast-paced environment. They are growing the concept and need an experienced Restaurant professional to make this happen.

**Qualifications:**
- 4 years as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on fast-casual dining and catering.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, restaurant best practices, and experience with wood-burning ovens.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and ordering for both the FOH and BOH,
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize catering services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability of both bar and restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant and catering operations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards in food quality and presentation.
- Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and upkeep.
