V3 Financial Wealth Strategies, located in Waterford WI, has an immediate opening for a full-time Financial Account Manager. This is an in-office position and you must be willing to make the commute to our Waterford location.


As a Financial Account Manager you will provide assistance to Advisors and Paraplanners in handling, processing and servicing of financial service clients. Will assist advisors with client meetings. As well as provide in-house customer service to clients as assigned and requested.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Contact prospects and or clients to schedule appointments for Advisors.
  • Run individual life and disability quotes using in-house computer software and/or order quotes from insurance carriers.
  • Prepare proposals for various Advisors.
  • Prepare life, disability and investment applications for Advisors. Assist Advisors in tracking approval status for all individual life and disability applications.
  • Schedule paramed and medical examinations and other tests for applicants that are required by insurance carriers in an "as needed" basis.
  • Answer questions for and provide services to applicants and policyholders.
  • Set-up and maintain pending files and move to active status once applications are approved including copy of policies and/or investment documents.
  • Notify applicants of status of approval process and their approval/declination as needed.
  • Be familiar with the various application forms and underwriting requirements for each line of individual coverage.
  • Process policyholder requests for loans, beneficiary and ownership changes, etc. on an "as needed" basis.
  • Assist with special projects as determined by department manager and/or supervisor.
  • Process investment allocation changes and/or other requests for investors. Prepare investment hypotheticals for Advisors as needed.
  • Request and gather financial documents from prospects and/or customers.
  • Organize documents according to financial model. Prepare rough draft of financial model to review with Advisor.
  • Finalize and prepare financial model for Advisor.
  • Prepare strategy sheets for Advisor.
