**What You Will Be Doing**:
This position will support a program management team for a range of military training programs. Depending on program requirements, responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Financial/Technical Status Report management and editing
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Quality assurance reviews for technical reports and other documentation
- Technical editing and writing
- Processing and tracking financial, technical, and programmatic metrics for the program
- Monitoring schedule performance
- Coordination of procurement activity with corporate purchasing officer
- Developing and monitoring standard operating procedures and templates

Occasional travel may be required with less than 10% travel expected.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline with strong emphasis on written communications; or four (4) years of related experience and a High School diploma (in lieu of a college degree)
- High proficiency with the MS Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with an emphasis on Excel usage to track Financial Progress
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related finance/accounting roles
- Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*

**Strongly desired additional qualifications**:

- Extensive experience with MS Project
- Experience with software development projects
