Key Responsibilities

  • Multitasking Excellence: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Premier Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service to our esteemed members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize your computer skills to navigate our specialized software with proficiency. Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Google Chrome is a definite asset.
  • Efficient Call Management: Answer incoming calls to the Racquet Shop, directing them appropriately or providing accurate information on court reservations, upcoming events, clinics, and lessons with our pros.
  • Reservation Coordination: Assist members in making reservations for Tennis and Pickleball courts, as well as for clinics and events, ensuring their schedules align seamlessly with their activities.
  • Merchandise Sales and Special Orders: Skillfully handle the sale and checkout process of merchandise, including clothing items, racquets, and paddles. Facilitate special orders for members to ensure they receive exactly what they need.
  • Shop Maintenance: Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the shop, creating a welcoming environment for members and guests alike.
  • Package Handling: Efficiently process incoming packages for special orders, maintaining meticulous records and promptly notifying members of their arrivals.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:

  • High school diploma, GED equivalent required.
  • Over 18 years of age preferred.
  • 1- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in retail or hospitality preferred.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and qualities:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Google Chrome.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing member experiences.
