Shift: Evening Shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)

Location: Alexandria, VA

Pay: We offer competitive pay for LPNs ranging from $28 to $35 per hour, and for RNs ranging from $39.50 to $45 per hour. In addition, we offer shift differentials and a sign-on bonus of $3,000

Job Duties

  • Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
  • Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
  • Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
  • Develops short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
  • Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
  • Must have current CPR certification.
