The Banking Systems Lead is responsible for understanding and analyzing core system functionality, to maximize the core system's use and potential, and aid all lines of bank operations in optimizing performance.

Job Details:

  • Ensures core system processes and procedures are effective and comply with banking regulations
  • Works with manager to develop core system training materials
  • Analyzes core system functionality by communicating with managers and reviewing data
  • Gains an understanding of internal and external client requirements
  • Coordinates core system vendor support for all departments
  • Develop, test, and implement new solutions and applications
  • Builds relationships with vendor contacts
  • Assists with audit remediation and reporting requests

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of banking experience required
  • Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or certificate in a technical field preferred
