Maintain and ensure the quality of the master data that is recorded in the systems for the correct execution of business processes, following the protocols, guidelines and standards defined by the corporate.

Develop, calculate, update, communicate, and implement KPIs and reports for the logistics processes.


The analysis and maintenance of the master data, to guarantee the reliability of the information that enters the applications and the correct execution of the processes.

  • Review the workflow for the creation and maintenance of a master data, to comply with the established guidelines and policies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the protocols established in each data domain, to guarantee their standardization.
  • Adjust data that is out of protocol, to guarantee data standardization.
  • Ensure the level of service to internal customers, to guarantee the availability of data.
  • Communicate to the different functional areas needed to enable a master data, to ensure its correct execution.

Analyze and maintain the master data reports generated, to ensure the quality of the record and execute corrective actions in case of deviations.

  • Execute reports to extract information, analysis and detection of issues or opportunities areas for their correction.
  • Apply massive corrections to the master data in case of changes to the process, to align the operation to the new requirements.
  • Validate the master data with the process owners.
  • Execute protocols and guidelines to ensure the consistency of master data.
  • Analyze the information of the systems, to monitor possible inconsistencies and repercussions in the business processes.
  • Monitor and analyze volumes of operational and database information for archiving management.

Calculate, communicate, and implement indicators of the PIVO and Logistics process, to identify areas of opportunity and improvements to the process.

  • Analise the process and implement the indicators according to the corporate standards.
  • Identify areas of opportunity, to define action plans and process improvement.
  • Guarantee the availability in a timely manner of the master data and its disclosure throughout the organization.
  • Follow up the indicators together with the process owners, to keep track of them.
  • Communicate the indicators to the process owners or meetings and perform dashboards.

Analyze and manage methodologies for data management, to improve the performance of the process.

  • Collaborate on business cases, to justify the investment in new tools, authorized by corporate governance.
  • Adaptation of new methodologies and practices to ensure compliance with business rules authorized by corporate governance.

Participate and implements new projects and initiatives.

  • Collaborate and participate in the new projects and initiatives as requested.
  • Implement and develop the projects as requested.
  • Bring initiatives to help the organization in efficiencies.
