Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain top-tier client retention and product loyalty.
  • Document each customer interaction in the Agency Management System.
  • Quote new business and remarket existing accounts.
  • Follow through on client needs to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • No experience in the insurance field is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, follow through, and follow up on tasks.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Professionalism in interactions with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to asking questions and seeking solutions.
