What will you be doing?

As BrightOrder’s Account Executive you will work with prospects through the entire buying process, from initial evaluation to close and through onboarding of the entire team. You will have the opportunity to impact all size businesses in a big way on a daily basis.

  • You will be showcasing the value of our product with stakeholders through demos, as well as via email and phone.
  • You will be effectively managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities to continuously generate revenue for the company and strong ROI for our customers.
  • You will be evaluating prospects' needs and customizing your presentation to fit their company size, industry and desired customer support experience.
  • You will be providing proactive insights and constructive feedback to the Product Development team to enhance the product and ensure we prioritize the right projects.
  • You will be providing timely reports on insights and constructive feedback to the Product Development team to enhance the product and effectively prioritize projects.
  • You will be developing extensive expertise of our continuously evolving products and its functionality to effectively assist and support potential clients.
  • You will be responsible for achieving sales metrics of success while also ensuring accurate and timely forecasts, providing clear insight into revenue performance.

Requirements

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle SaaS sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Prior experience with high-volume cold calling and utilizing outbound sequences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in English, knowledge of French and Spanish is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience with Telematics, Maintenance, and other logistics software experience in Trucking, Construction, Heavy Duty Mainetenace or Work Order management.
