Hiring a Schedule Coordinator - Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing family.

Looking for someone with a passion for serving customers and gets satisfaction from helping others. Stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position plays a vital role and is the initial contact to our clients, and customers.

Job Title: Schedule Coordinator - Customer Service Specialist

Pay Scale: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour + Spiffs

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:

  • 100% customer service
  • Answering inbound calls, qualifying customer's needs, and prioritizing accordingly
  • Scheduling calls for service technicians and plumbers
  • Scheduling annual maintenance with customers
  • Following up with customers on service recommendations given by the service tech after a schedule appointment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Skills

  • 2 years related experience in customer service in an office, call center, or retail setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Multiline phone experience
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • CRM / ERP Customer Database management experience
  • Enjoys talking with people all day, every day
  • Team oriented and ability to work independently
  • General sales skills and aptitude
  • Excellent communication & follow up skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
