We a digital media performance marketing company with a 10+ year track record in the highly competitive online insurance lead generation market. The company's core competency is large scale customer acquisition for insurance and financial services partners, with expertise in paid search, DRTV, organic search, social, and more. As one of the largest online insurance advertisers, we help insurance shoppers save money by comparing the best insurance and financial products. Some of their flagship brands include Quote.com, AutoInsurance.org, Clearsurance, and many others.

As a Paid Social Manager you will earn a competitive salary with uncapped bonus potential for exceeding goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive online traffic and revenue to the company's website. This includes managing budgets, creating ad copy, targeting audience segments, and analyzing campaign performance. The Paid Social Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends and best practices to ensure that campaigns are as effective as possible.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • ? Develop and execute performance paid social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.

  • ? Manage campaign budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure that campaigns are meeting financial profit goals

  • ? Create targeting strategies to reach the desired audience

  • ? Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make recommendations and

    decisions for optimization and improvements

  • ? Work with creative teams to continually develop new ad units to improve campaign

    performance

  • ? Stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends and best practices, and

    implement these in campaigns

  • ? Collaborate with other teams, such as design and content, to create cohesive and

    effective campaigns

  • ? Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders

  • ? Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition

    and retention across all digital channels

    Work Experience & Education Requirements

? 7+ years of experience in Paid Social related to lead generation and performance marketing
