Position: General Accounting Associate
Position Summary:
Compiles, maintains, reports, and ensures timely and accurate accounting data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable data entry
- General Ledger data entry
- Process Expense Authorizations and Reports
- Maintains accounting reports, spread sheets and files.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable posting
- Payroll reporting for all expense reimbursements
- Assist with Corporate AMEX account reconciliation
- Maintains office supplies and performs general office duties
- Assists Accounting Department and Office Staff as necessary
- Receive and process office mail and deliveries
- Performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities.
Experience:
- Prior experience or education in Accounting required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
