As a Functional Netsuite ARM/Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the implementation of Netsuite ARM and Suite Billing for our client. This is a contract role with a focus on ensuring a seamless and successful implementation over the next three months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Netsuite ARM Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring all project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications.
Key Requirements:
  • Hands-on Experience: Proven experience in implementing Netsuite ARM, with a strong understanding of ARM and Suite Billing functionalities.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Netsuite and its modules, including ARM and Suite Billing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Relevant Netsuite certifications or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in similar IT or services sectors is advantageous.
