We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in B2B project management to lead customer interfaces, proactively address issues, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills, capable of managing project stakeholders and delivery teams effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Experience in ticket and incident management.
  • Knowledge of the specific industry or domain relevant to the project.
  • Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, and OLA metrics.
  • Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create and review functional and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with software quality processes and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Lead the customer interface for the project on a daily basis, addressing any issues proactively before escalation.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders.
  • Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
  • Ensure that all documents meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Track open tickets and incidents in the queue.
  • Allocate tickets to appropriate resources and ensure closure within deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and OLA metrics.
  • Lead the project to ensure compliance with software quality processes and timelines.
  • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging the team to find faster, better, and more economical ways to perform tasks.
  • Ensure all team members are aligned with the project's goals and processes.
  • Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Provide application production support according to the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
