Hire Resolve USA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to lead geotechnical engineering projects from conception to completion.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days of remote work and 3 months of in-office work. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10-12 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 8 years in project management and 2 years in construction.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, including experience with site assessments, geotechnical reports, and laboratory testing programs. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and supervise junior staff members.

The salary for this role is $120K/yr - $140K/yr, negotiable, and includes flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and flexible spending account.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage geotechnical engineering investigations and studies for various projects
  • Conduct site assessments and evaluate subsurface conditions
  • Prepare geotechnical reports, calculations, and design recommendations
  • Develop and oversee laboratory testing programs
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience with at least 8 years in project management
  • Previous experience in construction is desirable
  • Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) preferred
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification required
  • FE/EIT certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites necessary

Technical Skills:

Proficient or familiar with computer design software including Quake, WEAP, L-Pile, Finite Element Analysis, AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, NitroPro, GSLOPE, KeyWall, Rocscience, MS Word, Excel, and Adobe.
