About the Role

As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Program Coordinator to support the development of standardization programs in defining common building blocks of our manufacturing facility infrastructure.

The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end processes of developing a comprehensive program for our second product and the essential utility infrastructure of our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, program management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure the successful delivery of the program from conceptualization to execution.

What You Will Do 

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the program for defining our second product and the common building blocks of our manufacturing facility utility infrastructure.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, Project Planning, and to ensure program objectives align with the company's strategic goals and operational capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of program milestones.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback mechanisms and best practices into program development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and other stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in program or project management, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors, with a track record of developing programs from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Results-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with a high level of initiative and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, facility infrastructure, and battery technology is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools.
  • Extensive experience with Power BI is PLUS.
