In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Service Repair Center's repair and support activities required to maintain V&V system uptime, Field Replaceable unit (FRU) repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades. You will facilitate the re-planning, service teams efforts and strategies that best support our customers. Data driven, you will work closely with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain teams to develop strategies to achieve business objectives and provide governance through effective prioritization and allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals. Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you will lead and coordinate activities across multiple functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, materials, service, and quality to ensure timely performance and execution of service repair team operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate service repair center activities and updates that reflect asset/configuration post service/repair.
  • Facilitates day to day service repair center (SRC) activities, SRC resourcing and alignment with program and overall business strategic objectives.
  • Collaborates across functional project teams, system owners, and project heads o ensure execution is aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Supports the development of business cases and appropriate prioritization of activities and projects that reflect SRC capacity, tooling and personnel needs to ensure alignment with programs and the business utilizing data and metrics to ensure the service repair center has the ability to meet repair and service demands.
  • Collects input from system users/System Owners to determine scope of repairs and/or upgrades to be performed at a particular time. Aligns with the business to establish priority and repair turnaround time expectations.
  • Leads the Change Implementation Board to align overall program and system priorities. Work with project and program level leadership to understand overall effort sequence to support program priorities.
  • Work cross functionally with program managers, project heads, and service repair center leadership to align Maintenance/Repair ticket priorities with the overall program/system deliverables and prioritizations.
  • Develop repair priorities and plans based on systems and service demand and methods to consolidate repairs, change requests, and maintenance activities that optimize the schedule and resources as a part of on-going analysis of issue complexity, planned effort and required resources.
  • Utilize Airtable and associated systems (JIRA/Confluence/CRM) as the source of truth for repair/maintenance ticket priorities, Maintenance ticket status, and ongoing repair activities.
  • As applicable provide estimated timeline to complete and status updates for maintenance tickets.
    Identify conflicting system priorities and/or resource priorities.
  • Work with project and program level leadership to understand and drive overall program priority.
  • Lead planning coordination for any "return to traceability" and "software upgrade" activities.
  • Review pending ticket list for accuracy and work to reconcile any potential errors, redundancies or blockers.
  • Work with Repair and Production to populate and order the QA prioritization list for efficient QA reviews consistent with CIB priority list.
