What you’ll do:
- Personnel management of plumbing and dispatch team.
- Goal planning and successful execution.
- Training and development of staff.
- Process improvement.
- Customer service and escalations.
- Successful management of Margins and Revenue (P&L).
- Successful management of annual budgets.
- Ensure adherence to local and state codes.
- Build and manage an accurate and effective price book.
- Submit in a timely manner all service work business data required for payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, job costing, vehicle management, inventory, and human resource management functions.

- 2+ years of trades experience strongly preferred.
- A Plumbing License is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
- Sales experience.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Technical skills.
- Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers.
- Clean driving record – no moving violations.
- Clean background check.
- Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
