The Custom Plastic Assembler is responsible for the complete manufacturing of specialized plastic products from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities encompass various fabrication activities, including the removal of excess material from CNC cutting, smoothing sharp edges, verifying dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications, managing all components necessary for project completion, and assembling parts through techniques such as welding, adhesive bonding, bending, shaping, drilling, and securing with tape, as well as tagging products with identification numbers.

Moreover, plumbing-related tasks involve shaping and bending Teflon tubing, applying adhesives and threading PVC piping, connecting various fittings, marking plumbing lines, and conducting tests to confirm the integrity of plumbing systems.
