Join the fantastic team at Crabapple Landscapexperts We're hiring a Maintenance Tech | Crew Member to cover the extended Metro Atlanta Area from our Alpharetta, GA – North Branch. As a premier landscape management company, we partner with various communities and properties. We're seeking a skilled and motivated candidate focused on safety and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include efficient completion of lawn maintenance assignments. We're hiring a Maintenance Tech | Crew Member from our Alpharetta, GA – North Branch to work in the Metro Atlanta area. Join us and be a part of our team, which is committed to providing top-notch outdoor services. Responsibilities include efficient completion of lawn maintenance assignments.


Primary Responsibilities:

· Ability to effectively and safely operate essential lawn care equipment, including mower, blower, weed eater, edger, rake, etc.

· Perform landscape maintenance functions such as edging, mowing, digging, weed eating, pruning, raking, planting, mulching, and blowing leaves.

· Hold yourself accountable for quality workmanship - Work with teammates to maintain a neat, clean, and orderly condition at the properties.

· Meet with your Foreman / Crew Lead to understand Project Assignments

· Complete Hands-on leadership and training assigned to you.

· Attend and participate in required safety meetings

· Submit and review required paperwork: Timesheets, receipts, daily debriefs, inspection reports, etc. – accurately and timely.

· Work following all local health and safety laws and regulations at the shop, yard, and on job sites

· Help ensure equipment is always maintained and functioning correctly.

· Use required PPE (personal protective equipment) to operate equipment / work safely.

Requirements:

· Experience in a landscape maintenance role preferred, not required.

· Must be willing to learn proper landscaping methods and procedures – In-house training can be provided.

· Possess a Valid Driver’s License and Acceptable MVR for business travel if working in a Driver’s Role

· Must be able to complete the physical requirements of a landscape role requiring manual labor and lifting up to 60 lbs. in a non-climate-controlled environment.


Work Conditions / Essential Functions:

· Will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environments

· Ability to walk and stand for long periods

· Manual, labor-intensive position, requiring lifting of up to 60 lbs.

· Travel to and work at various locations, including both residential and commercial sites

· Flexible working hours, including overtime and occasional weekend work – Typical workday begins at 6:30 AM

· Required to work around heavy equipment and other vehicles regularly
