This position’s primary role is to streamline and consolidate rep code and data aggregation functions so that our Wealth Managers, Client Service Managers, and Relationship Managers can service our clients effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness for rep code creation and maintenance

• Request new rep code creation with custodians and monitor data to ensure completion

• Manage login access and entitlements on custodian platforms

• Setup and maintain custodial data feeds with technology providers and stay current on feed enhancements

• Account Integration feeds to broker/dealer

• Manage data feeds with 3rd party aggregators, including Ascensus, ByAll Accounts, DST FANmail, and DAZL, including creating and maintaining advisor logins, connecting data feeds, and working with financial institutions to resolve any feed complications

• Maintain rep code mapping in Orion and data warehouse. Conduct regular monthly audits of internal systems and custodial platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity and report back to Tech/Ops

• Collaborate and manage with other teams and departments to ensure seamless and efficient workflows

• Collaborate with and manage advisors and operations team members on data discrepancies and perform reconciliation on cross functional systems (custodians vs. Orion vs. Salesforce)

• Work closely with accounting and transition teams on rep code set-up and maintenance to ensure consistency in our processes

• Execute account movements between advisors within all data systems (Custodian, Orion, Salesforce and sponsor companies). Responsible for updating and verifying all data systems.


Requirements:

● 1+ years of operational experience at a Wealth Management firm.

● Strong technical skills and operational experience with technology systems and databases

● Ability to identify and improve process efficiencies

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions

● Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

● Easily understand and adapt to new technology

● Attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity

● Effective written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

● Excellent organizational skills and process documentation abilities.

● Outstanding teamwork and time management skills

● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
